These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website contrast3d.com (the "Site") and the purchase and use of the digital products offered on it (the "Products"). By accessing the Site, purchasing, downloading or using a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Products.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by David Esteban Suárez Rodríguez, trading as Contrast 3D Design Studio, a sole trader (autónomo) registered in Spain, NIF {{NIF}}, registered address {{DIRECCION_FISCAL}} ("Contrast", "we", "us", "our"). Contrast 3D is a registered trademark in Spain.

2. Definitions

• Product — a digital good sold on the Site (e.g. a Blender add-on, scene file or other digital resource).
• License — the right to use a Product granted under section 6.
• Paddle — Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record (section 4).
• You — the person or entity purchasing or using a Product.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract. If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

4. Merchant of Record

Purchases are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller of our Products. This means:

• Your purchase contract for the transaction is with Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy (available at paddle.com) also apply.
• Paddle collects payment, calculates and remits applicable taxes (VAT and equivalents), issues the invoice/receipt and handles billing and chargebacks.
• We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

5. The Products

Products are digital goods delivered electronically — no physical item is shipped. Each Product page describes what is included, the supported software version (e.g. Blender), and the license scope. Screenshots, renders and demos are illustrative; results depend on your own scene, hardware and settings.

6. License (EULA)

On purchase, and conditional on full payment, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Product, for the number of seats/users stated on the Product page (one seat if not stated).

You may

• Use the Product in your own commercial and personal projects, renders, animations and end products.
• Modify scene/asset files for your own use within your projects.
• Install it on the machines you use, within the seats purchased.

You may not

• Resell, redistribute, rent, lend, sublicense, share, publish or give away the Product files, add-on, scenes or their source — in whole or in part.
• Upload or re-publish the Product on other marketplaces, asset libraries, repositories or file-sharing services.
• Present the Product, on its own or substantially unmodified, as your own product, template or asset for sale or distribution.
• Remove or alter copyright, license or attribution notices.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. We may offer different license tiers (e.g. single-seat vs studio/team); the tier you purchased governs.

7. Delivery

After purchase, your license key and/or download link are sent by email to the address provided at checkout, normally immediately. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and contact support@contrast3d.com. You are responsible for providing a valid email address.

8. Prices & taxes

Prices are shown on each Product page and may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Applicable VAT/sales taxes are calculated and handled by Paddle at checkout based on your location; the price you confirm at checkout is the total payable.

9. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, including a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. See that page for how to request one and the digital-goods withdrawal note.

10. Intellectual property

All Products, software, code, assets, text, images, documentation and the Contrast 3D name and branding are owned by Contrast 3D Design Studio (or its licensors) and protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive only the License in section 6; no ownership or intellectual-property right is transferred to you. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, contact contact@contrast3d.com.

11. Updates & support

Where a Product page states free updates, you will receive updates for that Product at no extra cost. We may discontinue a Product or stop providing updates; existing licenses remain valid. Support is provided by email on a reasonable-effort basis and does not guarantee custom development or compatibility with every setup.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site or Products, including attempting to circumvent license protections, reverse-engineer license keys, access the Site by automated means that harm it, or use the Products for unlawful purposes.

13. Third-party services

The Products and Site rely on third parties, including Paddle (payments/MoR), our hosting provider, and — where you buy through them — Superhive and Gumroad. Their terms and privacy policies apply to the parts they provide. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Products and Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under Spanish or EU law, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to a Product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or goodwill. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. fraud, or death/personal injury caused by negligence) or your mandatory consumer rights.

16. Indemnity

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of a Product, to the extent permitted by law and except where you act as a consumer.

17. Termination

Your License terminates automatically if you materially breach these Terms (for example, by redistributing a Product). On termination you must stop using and delete the Product files. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive termination.

18. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence in the EU, and disputes may be brought before the competent courts there. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

19. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Miscellaneous

If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Paddle's buyer terms, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Products. In case of conflict between language versions, the English version prevails for international users and the Spanish version for consumers resident in Spain.
