We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a product does not work for you, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase — no complicated conditions.

What this covers

This policy applies to digital products purchased directly through contrast3d.com, processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). Purchases made on external marketplaces (Superhive, Gumroad) are subject to that marketplace's own refund policy.

How to request a refund

Email support@contrast3d.com with your order number (or the email used at checkout) and the product name. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle using the link on your receipt. We aim to handle eligible requests within a few business days.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, in the original currency. Processing times after approval depend on your bank or payment provider (typically a few business days). Any taxes (VAT) collected are refunded together with the price.

Faulty or misdescribed products

If a product is faulty, broken or materially not as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund it. This is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights under Spanish and EU law (legal guarantee of conformity for digital content).

Digital goods & your right of withdrawal (EU)

Our products are digital goods supplied electronically. Under EU consumer law, when you begin the download/access of a digital product you acknowledge immediate supply and that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may no longer apply. Regardless of this, we voluntarily offer the 30-day money-back guarantee above, which is more generous than the statutory minimum.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to the related license being revoked.

Fair use

Refunds are intended for genuine cases. We may decline requests that show signs of abuse — for example, repeatedly buying and refunding the same product, or evidence that the product was downloaded and redistributed.
