How does a project start?

With a short call to understand what you're building and the result you're after. From there we scope the right 3D and CGI services and send a clear proposal — timeline and a fixed quote — before any work begins.

What do you need from me to begin?

Whatever you already have: product photos, drawings, a physical sample or an existing 3D file, plus any brand guidelines. No 3D model? We build one from scratch.

How long does it take?

A focused product set can be a matter of days. A configurator, a showroom or a website usually runs a few weeks, depending on scope. We agree the dates up front.

What will it cost?

It depends on scope and complexity, so we price each project after the first call — you get one clear, fixed quote with no surprises later.

Who owns the final files?

You do. You receive the final visuals with full usage rights for your brand. Anything extra — like source or working files — we simply agree in the proposal.

CGI or AI — which should I choose?

CGI when the finish has to be flawless and exact. Production with AI when you need volume, speed and a friendlier budget. Both are part of our 3D and CGI services — tell us the goal and we'll recommend the right mix.

Can you work with my agency, in our name?

Yes. Agency 3D Support is fully white-label — it ships in your name and plugs straight into your pipeline, at the volume you need.

Do you work remotely, or only locally?

Remotely, with clients anywhere. Contrast is based in Spain and works with brands and agencies across Europe and beyond — the whole process runs online.

What files do I get at the end?

The final visuals in the formats you need — images, video, or web-ready 3D — ready to publish. Source or working files can be included; we simply agree that in the proposal.
